3/17/14 Dear Resident: We would like provide you information about telecom services for this month: 1) At the end of last year 2013 fiber optic internet was installed in the building by our company, but the Association does not pay for increased bandwidth after 3 MB/sec. According the policy of the Association if the resident wants to increase internet bandwidth, TV channels or long distance service out USA, the resident should contact us directly info@becru.com After 3/15/14 all units have the Internet service Up to 3 MB/sec, the speed contracted by the Association as a basic service to our company. If you need more speed contact us by e-mail. 2) The telecom main router that belongs to the building was replaced this month for damages. If you have any problem with your personal router inside the unit please let us know to help you. You also now have wireless in the lobby and pool. Ask for the password in front desk.
